* Full payment is due upon
arrival, see property manager in interior courtyard of complex. We
accept money orders, bank checks, travelers checks, credit cards and
cash. We do not accept personal checks for the rental fee.
* All rental rates are
subject to 11% Florida sales and resort tax. Until confirmed, rates
are subject to change without notice.
* A one-time cleaning fee
of $90.00 will be charged at departure.
* A security deposit in
the amount of $300.00 is paid upon reservation of the unit. The deposit
may be made with a personal check. The deposit will be refunded in
full (minus any additional cleanup or damage) within 15 days of departure
date. This deposit is placed in a non-interest bearing account.
* A refund of your deposit
less a $25.00 administration fee is made when a cancellation notice
is received at least 90 days prior to the rental start date.
* When a cancellation notice
is received less than 90 days prior to the rental start date, there
is no refund of your deposit. EXCEPTION: If we are able to re-rent
the unit for the same rental date and amount, your deposit less $25.00
will be returned.
* All weekly rentals are
from Saturday 2:00pm check-in to Saturday 10:00am check-out.
* All monthly rentals are
from the first day of the month 2:00pm check-in to the last day of
the month 10:00am check-out.
